By using this website and services offered by Sage Sauna, you agree to our terms of service.

  1. Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled session if it is your first visit to Sage Sauna. We cannot extend session times or bookings for late arrivals.
  2. All reservations must be scheduled ahead of time. Walk-ins may be accommodated depending on availability.
  3. Guests under the age of 18 are prohibited from using the sauna.
  4. Guests must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs when arriving for their appointment. Use of alcohol or drugs are prohibited during appointments.
  5. A swimsuit or athletic attire is required to be worn at all times.
  6. Guests must sit on a towel while in the sauna.
  7. No shoes are permitted in the sauna.
  8. Aromatherapy may only be used by a Sage Sauna team member. Please notify staff if you prefer that aromatherapy not be used during your appointment.
  9. Guests are solely responsible for monitoring their body before, during, and after their sauna experience and are advised to step out of the sauna if they are feeling dizzy.
  10. Similar to how guests would prepare for exercise, guests are encouraged to drink water before, during, and after their appointment.
  11. Guests must consult their healthcare professional prior to using the sauna if they are pregnant, taking medications, or have any health concerns.
  12. Sage Sauna reserves the right to change prices and services without prior notice.
  13. Swimming in a nearby body of water is not part of Sage Sauna’s offerings and is completely at the client’s risk.
  14. ​​Any behavior considered abusive or harassing towards other guests, staff, or our surrounding environment will result in immediate refusal of entry. In such cases, any payments made will not be refunded.

Cancelation policy

Appointments canceled 24 hours prior to their scheduled time will be refunded. Appointments that are missed or canceled less than 24 hours prior to their scheduled time will not be refunded. Sage Sauna reserves the right to cancel sessions in the event of unsuitable weather or natural disasters.
