Cancellations & Refunds

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours before your session. Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable but may be eligible for partial credit at our discretion.
  • No-Shows: Unfortunately, no-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Weather-Related or Business Cancellations

In the rare event that we need to cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather or maintenance issues), we will notify you as soon as possible. You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your session.

Gift Cards and Prepaid Packages

Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person or used for future bookings.
