Experience 10 to 15 minute rounds of wood-fired sauna with cool-down breaks in between. Expect a relaxed vibe like hanging out around a campfire. Both first timers and sauna pros are welcome.

Things to Know

What can I expect from start to finish?

The short version: You will be checked in, visit the changing room if needed, sauna for 10-15 mins, cool down with the outdoor shower or fresh breeze, relax by the chiminea fireplace, repeat the cycle for a few rounds, finish, and feel awesome.

What should I wear?

Athletic clothing you are comfortable sweating in. We encourage you to arrive wearing your sauna clothing or you are welcome to use our pop-up changing room that is beside the sauna.

What should I bring?

  • 2 towels (one is required for sitting on in the sauna, one is for drying off after)
  • Arrive in your sauna attire (athletic clothes)
  • Slip on shoes for walking around outside the sauna
  • Water bottle
  • Please note to travel light as storage space is limited
  • Optional pro move: bring a robe
